“Platform” refers to the Inspiring Professionals website and all integrated services. “User” refers to any individual accessing the site, including Students, Instructors, and Bloggers. “Services” refers to the educational courses, live webinars, consultancy sessions, and security audits provided.

User Accounts & Registration

To access courses or services, users must register for an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (including Google SSO). The Admin reserves the right to approve, suspend, or remove any user (Student, Instructor, or Blogger) at their discretion.

Instructor & Blogger Responsibilities

Instructors and Bloggers are responsible for the accuracy and originality of the materials they upload. All course materials and blog posts are subject to Admin approval before being published. Instructors must maintain professional standards during live Zoom sessions and in the “Open Discussion” sections.

Course Enrollment & Access

Upon enrollment in a course, we grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access the learning materials for your personal use. Access to virtual labs, quizzes, and certificates is subject to the specific requirements of each course. Access to certain materials may be time-limited depending on the subscription or course type.

Consultancy & Audit Services

Requests for Consultancy or Audit services are subject to availability and formal confirmation from our expert team. Users requesting audits must provide accurate documentation. We are not liable for inaccurate reports resulting from false or incomplete data provided by the user.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Inspiring Professionals and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the platform. You must not republish, sell, rent, or sub-license any material from this website without prior written consent.

Payment & Refund Policy

All course fees and service charges are managed through our secure payment gateway. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, once a certificate has been issued or a consultancy session has been completed, no refunds will be provided.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% accuracy in our training and audits, Inspiring Professionals shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or the inability to access the platform. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
